
The holidays are coming soon, so it’s time to take a little time for yourself. You’ve been running around during the back-to-school season, you’ve been in constant demand. People even came looking for you while you were using the bathroom. We know you love your children, your partner, and/or your husband, but if you’re not careful, you’ll collapse under the influence of too much mental stress.


It’s also an opportunity to do some sport, alone or with friends. The good thing about dancing is that you can do it alone, to any music. Plus, it brings a lot of joy and well-being. For those who prefer groups, yoga or walking can be opportunities to exchange and unwind.

They (women) must recognize the signs of exhaustion to avoid burnout. And regularly, take time for themselves, to do things that they enjoy and relax them.” A friend offered a facial treatment, it was only an hour in terms of time, but for the one who benefited from it it was 60 minutes of pure well-being just for her, a real pleasure. If your wallet allows it, at 30 or 40€, do not hesitate to do good, many are well worth it!!!
